Key Positions To Add To Your Organization If You Want To Grow In 2021

At the end of the year, people start to evaluate their personal and professional lives. This is a great time for goal setting and making changes. As an organization, you can capitalize on people wanting to make changes by making some yourself. 2020 was a year of unexpected challenges, and 2021 can be a huge success if you are ready to grow your business. You can do this by adding communications specialists, sales analysts, and productivity analysts. This does not mean you need to hire three or more new employees, but it does mean altering responsibilities for those already in your organization.

Communications Specialists

2020 changed the way we communicate, for better or worse. Many would have described our society before 2020 as individualistic and disconnected, but after we were forced into isolation, we started to crave that connection again. This is why communications specialists will be crucial to growing your business. Both employees and customers will appreciate fresh takes on communication. With more people working remotely, the possibilities for error due to miscommunication have increased. Communications specialists can analyze these miscommunications and develop more effective ways for people in your organization to communicate in order to avoid errors in the future. In addition to working with employees, communications specialists can also work with your customer service team to ensure the communication with your customers is effective and positive. This will help your business continue to grow.

Sales Analysts

Just like 2020 changed the way we communicate, it also changed the way we spend money. You may have noticed different trends in purchases throughout the year, and if you didn’t, then you definitely need to look into sales analysts. Sales analysts can look at trends in the past and help you use those trends to impact your business now. There may be products or services your customers need that could be provided by you, and  these all depend on your service area. A sales analyst will be able to tell you what these are and help you implement them into your organization. You may be able to expand your business into new markets with these new products and services. In addition to analyzing your products, you will also need to analyze your productivity.

Productivity Analysts

With more people working from home, it is now necessary to measure the productivity of your organization. Productivity analysts will be able to show you how your employees are using their time and how you could assist them in using their time more efficiently. Flexible workweeks will only continue to become more common. Linked In stated, “companies may let employees work from home two or more days per week, with some opting for three days in office, two days remote and then two days off — a 3-2-2 work week, if you will — according to Ashley Whillans, a professor at Harvard Business School.” Although this is obviously different from the traditional 9-5, 5 day workweek, employees appreciate the flexible time options. Productivity analysts will assist you in finding the right amount of flexibility for your organization. This will end up saving you time and money, which will help you grow your organization in other areas.

Even though we weren’t ready for everything 2020 threw at us, we can appreciate the lessons we learned and start to grow from those lessons. Adding communications specialists, sales analysts, and productivity analysts will assist you in capitalizing on the potential growth, making your organization successful in the new year.
